Return Policy of Everything Computers
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Within 30 days of purchase, refunds are available in the form of your original payment.
- If you paid by cash you may be given a check in leiu cash
- Computers, monitors, notebook computers, netbooks and projectors may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
RESTOCKING FEE
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened desktops PCs, notebook computers, netbooks, and projectors.
- A 35% restocking fee will be charged on special order products.
- These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
- A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
- This fee is an additional 10% on top of the original restocking fee if it applies.
- Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
- If the item is damaged or defective, you may exchange for same product only at managements discretion and approval.
PERSONAL DATA
- Please remove all personal data from any returned products.
- Everything Computers is not responsible for any personal data left on or in any returned items.
- This includes any CDs, DVDs and or other hardware.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items CAN NOT be returned:
- Labor and/or installation services.
- Opened computer software and video games.
- Gift cards and/or gift certificates.
- Items that have physical damage, have been altered or abused.
- If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, you may exchange for the identical product only.
No refund will be offered.
WARRANTY
- All warranty claims are to be completed directly by the purchaser by contacting the original equipment manufacture.
- Everything Computers staff will do its best to assist you in this process however 30 days after the original date of purchase.
- Everything Computers cannot be held liable for any warranty, as all warranties are given by the OEM.
- Under no circumstance does the warranty over-ride any return policy.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- At this time Everything Computers does not offer technical support over the phone.
- All support must be provided in store or onsite.
- Technical support for any products purchased from Everything Computers will be offered only by the original equipment manufacture.
- Everything Computers staff will provide you with the contact information for the manufacture.
